Really enjoyed our stay. The renovation is fresh and it shows. Everything felt clean, modern, and well cared for without losing that relaxed beach feel. Being so close to the water was a huge plus. Staff was attentive, space felt comfortable , and overall it was really pleasant experience. Would definitely come back.

LOCATION! this is right in the heart of OCNJ. We had the family suite and it slept 6 comfortably. AC was great and the bathroom was BRAND SPANKING NEW. The staff could not be friendlier, they also had beach tags, towels and chairs to borrow. There are alot of steps but that is part of the charm....felt very safe, clean and so much fun.

We had such a wonderful stay here over the weekend! The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The owners were absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. They were kind enough to upgrade our room at no extra charge, which was such a wonderful surprise and truly appreciated. The upgraded room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. It really made our stay feel extra special. You can tell how much pride the owners take in their property and how much they genuinely care about their guests. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay! ❤️

Great stay! I was booking last minute for a quick stay and was pleasantly surprised! There’s some more expensive options nearby but I’m glad I took a chance with this hotel. Staff were super nice and attentive - I booked very late but they had no problem making sure everything was good for me. Room itself is pretty charming, neat and very clean. However given how close this place is to the beach, I wasn’t really in the room much - just enough to shower and sleep. Bathroom was clean and the bed was comfy - slept like a baby after my beach day. Overall, I was pretty pleased with my stay. I’ll be sure to come back here!

Location is great , staff is really sweet and hotel is very clean. This hotel was just NOT renovated well. This hotel was either a DIY renovation or these people should demand a refund from the world’s worst contractor. Wallpaper is wrinkled, film peeling from windows, doors barely close, painted over knobs and switches. I doubt this place is even up to code. It is a shame this hotel wasn’t restored to its glory.

Our room was exceptionally clean and the mattress was comfortable. Good shower pressure. We were on 3rd floor. Staff extremely responsive and kind. We stayed on Saturday/Sunday nights. We were able to find our own parking within a few blocks and avoided the parking fee. Beach badges were provided. We enjoyed the common porch area. There are no elevators and to enter the lobby you need to walk up about 14 steps. The steps are carpeted outside and indoors. Getting to the 3rd floor was not difficult for us but something to consider.

Our family has stayed in this area in the past. We noticed this hotel back then, but to be honest, we were wary as it was an older building and seem to be in a bit of disrepair. When planning this short stay, the hotel came up on our search and we barely recognized the location. After looking at the room pics we realize it was renovated and wanted to give it a try. The value for the location is incomparable. The fresh renovations made this hotel seem brand new, and the staff was the icing on the cake. They were attentive and courteous, making sure we were comfortable and well situated. The trundle bed was a bonus giving my daughter her own space. I'm glad we got to stay here before this location explodes like so many other spots in the area. My only regret is, our plans in the area only afforded us the opportunity for a one night stay. We will definitely return for a significantly longer amount of time a bit later this summer!

My wife and I took a spur of the moment day trip that turned into two and we found this gem of a hotel . First and foremost the owners and staff wonderful people with a heart for hospitality. This family owned and operated hotel was like a home away from home . This charming 100 year old hotel has been updated and given new life and it is right in the heart of Ocean City . THE GOOD : Exceptionally clean room Ice cold AC Hot water strong water pressure New everything New comfy bed Keyless entry Free WiFi Free parking available in a pay to park city Free beach passes to a pay for access beach ($50 value alone) Games for kids Beautiful wrap around porch for lounging Great value for the price. THE BAD: Stairs , be mindful it is a 100 year old building so there is no elevator . However the staff did offer to help with our bags which was nice. Parking can be a little tight ( to be expected in a family beach resort town). It’s not brand new . (Duh) THE UGLY: None Beautiful people My wife and I had a lovely stay and hope to return to the Linda Grande every summer . So if you are looking an excellent stay in beautiful Ocean City for a great value this is the place for you . Hope this review is helpful . Shout out to the owners James and John for being most gracious hosts and going above and beyond making our stay one of the best we’ve had in a very long time . Check them out!
