"You pay to park. We could not use shower- no safety guards. Bed was not comfortable. Neighbors yelled all night. Got no support from front desk. Asked for hypoallergenic pillows and was told cleaning staff went home. Water had a weak flow at sink."

"Overall, I’d rate this stay three stars, and that feels generous. Issues: The door to our room had a visible crack. It let in wind, likely bugs, and actually shifted on a windy night. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and something else unpleasant. The TV worked intermittently. The refrigerator was missing door guards and at least one shelf, making it difficult to store food properly. The breakfast options were poor, especially if you’re trying to eat anything healthy. They served Nescafé coffee, which was frankly not good."
