The room was nice and clean, staff was great. The amenities were great and so was the beach. Only a mile to the boardwalk, bike rental right outside resort and parks. Overall a very nice area.

Hotel room was very nice. The pool was great and the beach is by far one of the best in NJ. My main complaint is the elevator. It needs to be updated or replaced as it is tiny and had to serve the entire hotel.

The hotel is well kept and clean. We had an issue with the room but the manager was very helpful and ensure to make our stay comfortable. One of the front desk staff was not helpful and dismissive.

I had an enjoyable stay at the Madison Resort. It was the perfect get away from NYC. I loved the ease of valet parking and the prompt response from valet service. Shout out to Damone for always being helpful and friendly. They did offer shuttle services to Cape May and Wildwood creek which was a great perk. Spending time around the firepits were a great way to great way to end the night. My only con was the pull out couch. It was extremely uncomfortable. You can feel like springs and there was no support. The sheets were also not comfortable to sleep with. It had a towel like texture which was rough on the skin. Being that I only spent 2 nights I didn’t ask for alternative options. Overall, I would return again.

Very nice staff with local information for people with dietary needs and off season entertainment. Seasoned Wildwood crest fans who are on a budget but need that peace and or need that spontaneous getaway for a quick stay, will appreciate and enjoy the unexpected service. Issues were dealt with in a timely manner. It's an older building like most accommodations in the area; there is a high probability of issues due to adjusting to the size of the property and technology. The amenities are awesome and the changes are obvious. Wonderful place to stay from the location to the staff. Enjoyed the stay!

Room was not clean, sandy when we arrived, fridge was warm. Took a day and a half to chill drinks. No shower curtain in room. I can’t knock them for this but the room wasn’t ready until exactly 4:00. Parking was terrible. Not enough spots for everyone. We were in the Royal Tower (old tower). They had DJ at the other pool. Very loud. We went with another family who paid $50 for early checkin but their room still was not ready until 4:00. They sat in the parking lot from 1-4 waiting for a parking spot. Staff was very polite.

We had a great time at the Madison. It was newly renovated and they did a good job. The rating we saw was two stars but we were very happy with the amenities. It has pools and a hot tub and pool towels available as well as a restaurant. The only items that weren’t great were the parking spots that were tight for small cars much less our truck. And one of the hot tubs was down while we were there. We’d stay there again if we were to come to the area again.

Good access to the beach with chair/umbrella service available at no cost. There was food service available at the beach, but was pretty slow, most likely due to the distance employees would have to walk from the kitchen to the beach, as well as probably not enough waiters/waitresses. The food itself was decent for breakfast/lunch. Elevator was out of service when we arrived, not sure if that’s a common occurrence. Pool area was nice with a good amount of loungers. There was a patio area with fire-pits at night, which was a good place to relax and hangout. Room seems newly renovated with newer appliances. Water pressure was severely lacking in the shower. The pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable (all coils/springs, no cushioning). A dim nightlight option would be a nice addition to the room. The free shuttle service throughout Wildwood and Cape May was a nice amenity, although it shouldn’t be relied upon if you have a reservation to be somewhere as there’s no real schedule.

We booked on a whim and absolutely loved this property! The decor was beautiful and stylish. The room was very clean and well planned out. The overall property was gorgeous. A few steps to the beach! Quiet, good parking, and a nice continental breakfast.
