The bar had anything you could want. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Urie ? (front desk staff who is from Bali) was extremely helpful and a delight. We had an extremely nice stay.

Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you. The phone system however was not working which was frustrating. My husband needed to physically walk down to the front desk to order room service (noone was answering when I called on my cell phone) and only the valet was there. So the valet was kind enough to take the order to the kitchen. My order came up with GF toast and no knife to spread butter or jelly on it and no napkin. so whereas the room was great, the rest was not as I have explained, for the price we paid.

Love this property! Have stayed here a couple times & it never disappoints. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Rooms are spacious & very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

All of the staff were wonderful. The restaurant was delicious & the rooms were beautiful & clean. My only “complaint” is the light situation in the room was weird. The lights would come on in the room when we turned the lights on in the bathroom. Im sure there was a way to stop that but couldnt figure it out.

Great Stay!

Stay was great, very comfortable, hotel and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Had slight troubles with room service but over wise an excellent overall experience. Will certainly be back!
