"Not the most helpful of checkins which lasted all of 2 minutes - not told about breakfast times or check out. I think more pre occupied on taking the payment. Room was ok, mattresses were both hard so wasn’t the best nights sleep and we had noisy neighbours, as the walls must be thin- children arguing till near midnight wasn’t the best!!! Woke up with a sore back and a little stiff. Radiator in bedroom wasn’t working so the room felt quite cold compared to the bathroom which was lovely and...

"First stay here was great. The receptionist was fantastic and very helpful. Second stay which was most recent wasn’t the best. If you get put in room 48, asked to me moved!! The A1M runs at the back of the room so when you are trying to sleep you are kept awake by HGVs that shake the room. Gym at Heath club is great and the food in the cafe is good"

"Lovely pub , rooms very clean ,great staff, the only problem was when we booked this stay it said they served food , when we arrived & asked about this we was told they’d stop serving food a few months ago ,if I’d known this I would have booked somewhere that did this service, also it would have been nice for them to let us no about this change so I could have found somewhere else I think they need to update there site !!!!
