"The staff here is helpful without being obsequious. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection is worth adding on. Its very good value especially if you want a central location near to museums and Hyde Park. "

"A surprisingly very quiet hotel as so close to the airport! We had an excellent stay in the quietest room ever! The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The bar was great overlooking the runway and the cocktails were fabulous, some with great spectacle! The food was very tasty. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was plentiful and also very tasty. There is an indoor passageway direct to the airport terminals, which was super convenient! We were very impressed by this hotel, and would definitely stay again if flying from Terminal 2 or 3! Highly recommended!"

"Breakfast was okay, room size and facility was good but very tired and in need of a refurb. The shower was poor and the bath seal had black mould and should have been replaced. The common area was being refurbished which we were not made aware of prior to our arrival. The noise was terrible, I don’t know how the staff were able to work with such loud noises constantly happening throughout the day. The location is great and lots to see and do nearby after a full room refurb we would consider returning. "
