Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. "

"My daughter and I stayed at the Mowbray Court in the Annex section. The room was spotless and the air con worked brilliantly on such a hot weekend. The hotel is a 3 min walk to Earls Court and we also walked through gorgeous areas to the Royal Albert Hall and Notting Hill and felt safe. Would definitely stay again. We even got to check in early! "The room was fine and the bed was a double and comfortable. View out the window was nice. The evening desk service was poor. I asked for help using the tv and the person at the desk said he didn’t know anything about operating the tv. I asked another question a different evening ( can’t remember what it was now) but he responded the same way- he didn’t know about that’s. They seemed like basic things an employee should be able to help with. "
