Room had a good outlook. Was in good condition, bed very comfortable. Shower flooded the bathroom a bit. Smokers outside bathroom window was the only downside you couldnt leave the backdoor or bathroom window open.

The bathroom could definitely do with a makeover, tiles in shower very slippery and water ran out of the shower into bathroom, while bathroom just needs updating really - everything was really clean though

It was our first time visiting the area and loved the apartments for the location, views and space. Very friendly staff at the hotel. We took advantage of the convenience of walking across the street to the beach , shops and food. We didn’t have to touch our car on arrival. One thing we didn’t realize was that the ac was just for the living room and not the bedroom areas. The back bedroom got a bit toasty but was nothing major just something to note.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom nice and roomy. Didn't like the very noisy plastic mattress cover , which crackled like paper everytime we turned over. The manager Chris was very friendly and helpful and offered us a different unit after the smoke from smokers outside (yes they are still among us!), blew into our bathroom window. Overall a good experience, recommended.!

No draws to place clothes, had to live out of suitcase not good. Very high price for studio apartment. Would not stay there again.

Although there are wardrobes and bedside tables with drawers in our studio apartments (like many studios) have limited space for storage. Next time you may wish to book one of our two bedroom apartments which all have chests of drawers and more space to spread out. We hope you enjoyed your stay in Whitianga anyway. Please note accommodation costs during the February high season are generally more expensive than low and shoulder season rates.Kind regards,

The place overall was very nice. We were in room 5 which had a view but only when I looked sideways to the sea. The layout of the place was odd with the bathroom hard to reach from the bedrooms. There were no closets in the bedrooms and only one dresser in the second bedroom. I paid for a stunning sea view and the view from this place was meh.

Lovely view
Great location, lovely view in the morning and as I arrived everyone was on the balcony watching the orcas that were visiting in the harbour. My room was on the second level, lots of space, like a mini apartment.

This is a very centrally located apartment block straight across the road from the beach and easy walk into the town centre. The apartments are very basic and need some work but you can't go past the location.

We loved our stay here. The unit was beautiful and view amazing. We will definitely be coming back to this place. Hopefully with some sunshine next time. I highly recommend this place. Across the road from the beach and a couple of minutes walk from cafes etc. Five stars.
