"A quietly situated Annexe, well equipped and very clean. Very comfortable king bed Note that despite the kitchen being a good size there is no proper cooker/oven or microwave ir freezer. A lovely sitting out area with bbq.We enjoyed our stay very much. One welcome addition would have been a blackout blind in the bedroom, we had some early awakenings due to the light.All in all a great little place and we'd be happy to return."

Poynings village peaceful and aesthetic, with pub a few steps down the lane. Loved our stay and will definitely book again when in this area."
