"My only issue was the charge for the parking, I thought it was free parking to only find out that I had to pay $65 to park. As a result of the high parking rate, my husband could not find parking in the area because of a violent crime that took place blocks from the hotel and he couldn't get into the parking garage, therefore, he ended up driving all the way to our home when he was supposed to be with me at the hotel. He said that the police had everything blocked off and he couldn't even find a place to wait for me to get to the car. We were willing to pay the $65 but he couldn't get to the hotel. We are assuming the parking garage was shut down because of the crime."

"The location is great, close to Union Station. The room is clean and has nice appliances. "

"Bathroom door was broken, door code didn't work, coffee maker wouldn't reach an outlet without being on the floor. It was clean enough and the volunteer staff who live there were helpful enough. It was a cheap stay."

"Was woken up at 8:30 am to construction happening above me, not ideal! Really disappointed that the staff never even mentioned the possible noise at check in. Staff couldn't be bothered with my complaint and I had to work until check out with annoying drilling and hammering."

"The hotel is very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was someone had loud music playing in their car and it woke me up. I know there isn’t much the staff can do about that anyway. All and all everything else was great!"
