Was visiting for the holiday weekend and needed a last min hotel for our last night it was a good stay however the showers are really small and when we asked for a extra blanket they said they didnt have any because they were fully booked...the rooms are small also, so this would be perfect for solo traveling or a small couple.

Looks way nicer online than in reality. Front desk staff wasn’t friendly. Room was a little dingy but we booked due to emergency. Location is excellent. If you’re not particular about the ambience of the room then it’s ok due to pricing.

Clean building, clean rooms, nice staff. Housekeeping replaced my towels and trash cans every day. Checked in on Saturday and checked out on Wednesday morning and had zero issues.

The hotel was in the perfect location for our needs. In our opinion it was nicer than what a majority of the reviews would suggest. The rooms are small but adequate. We would have preferred a bigger bed but we were able to survive the full size. It was obvious that the room had been remodeled fairly recently. The mini-fridge, TV, and air conditioning unit worked well. Limited storage for clothing, but workable. Shower water pressure was a little weak but sufficient. The staff were attentive and helpful. The grab and go breakfast had limited options, but we liked them and the coffee was very good. We plan to stay here again during our next visit to Chicago.

I’ve stayed here a couple times for concerts; the United Center is about an 10 minute walk away and there are bus stops nearby to get to other venues and places. This hotel (and area) always feels safe, which is very important to me as a young woman traveling alone. The front door can only be opened with a guest’s keycard, so outsiders can’t enter. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Everything is clean, the AC / heating unit actually works, and the complimentary breakfast is decent. Sign up as a member to avoid the early check-in fee!

The property was very clean, the staff was cool, the bed, and the room were a little small for two people. I like the fact that you needed a room key card to enter the hotel, but the breakfast was a complete let down.. overall I would recommend the room. I would actually stay again. Just please upgrade the breakfast for a better review ✌️
