"Location was safe, helicopters for hospital could be a little loud and sometimes ambulance siren. The hotel was beautiful, staff was wonderful and food great. The one downfall I will say is that the owner/manager needs to re-evaluate their process for cleaning staff. The day we arrived our assigned room it was not clean. We learned 3 housekeepers called in, so 3 had to each clean 20 rooms. That is unacceptable to treat staff, and then to have that be seen by your customers as well. Thankfully you have some great staff who make you look good. I hope you look at a better process for your staff coverage. "

"The front desk staff was very friendly both day and night shifts. The room was spotless. The breakfast was delicious and they kept it stocked. The pool table was an added bonus. Loved that it was located close to the United Center and a really nice variety of restaurants. "
