"The property/room was very clean and the staff were especially helpful and polite! However, the hallways smelled of pot the entire time we were there. Very disappointing, but manageable since the odors never came into our room. Didn’t complain because it didn’t invade our room but hotel was supposed to be nonsmoking. Hotel was pet friendly and very reasonable pet charges."

"Bar was great. All staff were friendly. Room needs updates. Fire alarm went off when taking a shower. TP holder fell off and we fixed it kind of. Round vent thing in bathroom fell out in the middle of the night and hit the floor. Elevator was bad at times only 1/3 worked. Dirty dishes were left on the table by the elevator for days. "

"The heating and air was fine. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and there should have been a light or lamp on the desk. Tammy who was manning the free breakfast was very cheeful and helpful. She greeted each guest and made sure everyone was taken care of. An awesome example of customer service!!!"

"For starters, hotels.com sold me the same room for 200.00 more a mont earlier. I got it cheaper by canceling and re booking. The hotel was average at best. No cleaning or even towels the second day. The receptacle didn't work in bathroom. Stayed at better for half. Staff was friendly. Thats about it. Location was good."
