We chose this hotel because it was close to airport and I-75 both of which we needed easy access. The bar was open and served good food. Other restaurants are nearby if needed.

The location was easy and convenient to find. The hotel itself was clean, trendy, smelled great and super cute. Staff were very nice and pleasant to speak with. I will definitely stay here again.

I have to say customer service was awesome, room was crap after spending over $500 on crap room. Dust everywhere, walls not painted, doors nasty, and so much more and when asked about the room I told them about it and not a single penny back tells me they don’t care about the rooms and only care for money.

Aloft Knoxville has set a new standard!!! The staff gave the best customer service! Facilities and amenities were top tier! Clean, modern and comfortable. Complimemtary coffee and fruit was just what I needed to get my day started. I found my favorite hotel.

We have stayed here before and love to come back due to how the rooms are set up. They feel less like a hotel and more like a studio apartment with a table, fridge and a semi-open concept. The beds are always comfortable, the curtains always work, and the place is overall a great vibe (including the friendly staff). We will definitely be coming back again.

It’s ok….not a great location and kinda run down if you compare them to other Lofts…. Bar is great…and pool is ok. I won’t go back…had to ask for towels and coffee 3day stay with 3 rooms multiple times No phone in rooms…have to go down. Friday it was incredibly loud outside with screaming teens…5th floor at 11pm. Lots of food locations in the area
