"My stay was pleasant. The property was extremely large with plenty of restaurants and plants. The air was light. People were friendly. Lots of arcades and entertainment for children. The front desk staff was welcoming. The cleaning staff was pleasant and friendly. The restaurant staff was helpful. The room was clean. I had plenty of towels. The room was extremely comfortable. "

"Check in was a breeze. Offered option to pay for early check in, which we did. Super convenient to walk to Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena with ease. Felt safe and room, hallways and lobby were clean. Parking was very expensive, but we were able to park right by the elevator, making it easy to unload and load our car to and from our room. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t say they were “friendly”. "

"Probably the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. Cute little river out back. Watched ducks, pigeon's. Staff was extremely accommodating as we had an extra guest travel with us. Lovely staff. "
