I was very close to the elevator. Very noisy. Lots of traffic and dings from the elevator late into the night. Additionally I did not feel secure, although I’ve stayed there previously. However, the pillows are marvelously comfortable!

Love this place! The daily happy hour with snacks is such a nice touch, and the courtyard with the firepit is perfect for hanging out. The location is super convenient, and the breakfast bar is awesome—especially the made-to-order omelettes (honestly the best I’ve ever had). The staff are always so friendly and you can tell they work hard to make guests feel welcome. We’re in Knoxville a lot for family and business, and since finding this hotel, it’s the only one we stay at!

Our stay was AMAZING! Knoxville is a boring city, but the hotel made up for it. The staff was OUTSTANDING from check in to the bar and the breakfast staff. If we ever had to stop through again, we’d definitely stay again!

Clean room amenities the only thing i didnt like about this stay this time was i didnt get to check in till after 4:00 but when i went online they still had 3 of the same rooms open and when i asked about that she said that was for people to book . Then i asked to stay another night because my nursing supervisor said i didnt have to be to work till mo day shift and the lady up front said no i would have to book another room
