La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Knoxville Papermill
This is a tired budget hotel that is not at all cheap. Very noisy with traffic since it’s right off the highway.

Luxury Group Retreat + Indoor Pool, Arcade & 56-Mile Views | Grand Vista Retreat
Everything was fantastic EXCEPT there is something wrong with stove/oven. Neither cook well. Oven would not preheat. Items that should cook for an hour never got done. Oven eyes would only cook one one level, no difference in low vs high. Made thanksgiving dinner very difficult
