"Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!"

"The rooms are dated and the bathrooms need a complete overhaul. My bathroom had dirt so ground in, it could not be cleaned properly, the showerhead was no longer than one you would find in an RV, and the tub needed to be replaced or re-glazed."

"Hotel was super close to Times Square. Lobby was quite the vibe. Construction on 46th st was brutal for first night stay, but hotel staff were super accommodating and switched our room to one that was super quiet. Great location. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. "
