"We had an amazing stay at the Old Wharf Cottage in Windsor. The home is amazing and a wonderful location. We loved having the pool, bbq and area for croquet. It was easy to get around town with our rental car or Uber. The hosts were great and easy to connect with as needed. This was one of the key highlights of our two weeks in the UK. "The property was closer to Farringdon Station than I expected, making it accessible from several underground lines. Very easy to get to anywhere in the city with just a short walk to the station. There is a CO-Op store near by for quick groceries, including fresh fruit. Lots of pubs and coffee shops nearby, too. Communication with the host was good. "The location of the property was as expected with the furniture clean. The description did not mention parking or assistance with this so it was annoying to find out that you can park outside on the single yellow during certain times - neighbours park there though knowing it is a rental. Our biggest disappointment was the kitchen which was not fully equipped. No microwave, toaster, tea towels, oven dishes, frying pan, chopping board, standard utensils etc. We planned on having Christmas lunch...
