"The check-in process was very smooth, and the lady was excellent in giving us instructions on where to eat. She was welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. The hotel was very clean, comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. Really appreciated the well stocked breakfast food. "

"I had a very disappointing experience at Comfort Inn Cleveland. The service was extremely poor from the moment I arrived. The staff members were rude and not helpful at all, which made the whole stay uncomfortable. There was no proper guidance, and it was very difficult to even find my room. The room itself was not up to standard. It had an unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in, and the beds were not clean, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. On top of that, there were hardly any amenities provided, making the stay even more inconvenient. Overall, this place does not meet basic expectations for comfort or service. I would not recommend staying here."

The location is perfect—close to Brisbane and just a short drive to Gold Coast Movie World, making it ideal for both relaxation and fun activities.The house itself is spacious, clean, and very well suited for large families or group gatherings, with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to return for another holiday. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located getaway!"

"The most amazing place to stay. The house was spacious, beautifully presented, light and airy with everything we needed. We had a family group of 7 and this was the perfect place. We all had plenty of space. Unfortunately, we were only staying 1 night before a cruise but would happily stay here for an extended stay. Easy walk to the shops. Loved the outdoor areas, we even had a visit from a little possum on the back fence. "
