"Staff were very helpful "

"The room and hotel was all fine. Quite basic but decent. Unfortunately the staff erred when checking me in and I was awoken at 12:30am by a couple walking into my room having been given the same room. To make matters worse, the reception staff then woke me again an hour later to try and apologise."

"Had running water from a drain outside our window for our 2 night stay. Was awful. Staff were very unhelpful and could not change us to a different room. Ruined our weekend as we did not sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Asked for refund and were told no. Awful customer service and awful experience. Also had food in the restaurant that was terrible. "

"Accommodation was acceptable. Disappointed that there was no facility to sit in a lounge for a coffee etc outside of bar opening times. I would have liked to sit in the lounge and enjoy a coffee/drink but nothing available until midday. The shower was over the bath but handle on bath were not secure so unsafe."

"The main benefit is that its so close to the airport. After checking out its less than 5minutes to Terminal 2 No last minute panic over delays in getting to the airport on time."
