"The home is nice and in a great neighborhood close to the beach and pool, which are each only a few minutes walk. Close to all of Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants, you don't even need a car. Six nice bikes were provided as well."

"We had a great stay at this property. There was an issue with the pool heat the first day but they had maintenance there within a couple hours and fixed. Washing machine on 3rd floor was not working for our stay but there was another on the 2nd floor so not a major issue. The house was clean, plenty of parking for our group, and short distance to the beach.We loved the pool area with tv by the hot tub. Was great for enjoying March madness games!"

"Absolutely no issues. My only hangup is that I was expecting "incredible gulf views of the beach" per the description, and this is not the case. There is beautiful condo's build in front of this home. You can see the ocean, but the view is not great. You walk about 150 feet to the gate to access a very nice private beach. Neighborhood is great. The pool is very nice. I would book again. For the price you will not find better in this area. "
