"We got ocean view room. Best ever! Staff was excellent. Near everything. My wife and I did a lot of walking. Exploring in Waikiki. We loved our room and the amenities of the hotel. Will definitely be back "

"This is our favorite place to stay in Waikiki. We come to surf and it's always been easy to store our surfboards, but this visit, the surfboard racks were gone. They had moved the surfboard storage to a room, so the bell desk people had to open it for us when we left, and open it again when we returned with our boards. It just wasn't as convenient and the bell desk personnel had to come twice (before we could lock them up ourselves). The 2 restaurants (Duke's and Hula Grill) are great, the staff is wonderful and our room always clean and comfortable. They will be doing a renovation and I'm afraid the surfboard storage will not be as convenient (like it was this trip) and I'm sure the prices will increase. We get great package deals on Expedia and fingers crossed we will be able to continue to stay here on our next trip to Oahu."
