The room was clean. The mop board in the bathroom needs cleaned. The ironing board was very dirty. Needs a goid scrubbing.

The location was excellent and the room itself was comfortable and well appointed. However, the overall experience was average. After an 11-hour flight with a toddler, we arrived early and were told the only way to check in early was to pay $100. Prior to arrival, early check-in had been described as subject to availability, but it became clear that availability didn’t matter unless you paid. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at with such a policy and it made for a poor first impression. Check-in was inconsistent. We had a pleasant staff member, while our friends, checking in at the same time right next to us, had a very negative experience with a staff member who seemed like he didn't want to be there. A 4am fire alarm highlighted further issues with a poorly managed evacuation process with no clear communication from staff. Finally, it was disappointing to later receive an email offering a 10% discount to hotel guests for the Auana by Cirque du Soleil show, after I had specifically asked on two occasions before booking tickets whether any guest discounts were available and was told there were none. Overall, location was great, amentities and service average. I also don’t really understand the purpose of the additional resort fee, which wasn’t well explained.

I lost a brand new cotton shirt I bought for my son. There are one guy smoke pot down from our apartment. Management switched room for us. There is no clean room tag so we can inform clean staff, just a keep quite tag.

Clean and comfy friendly staff parking horrible and VERY expensive but comparable to area

Very nice room and only 1 block from the beach.i would recommend this hotel
