"The condo was as expected and as clean as expected. I’m particular about cleanliness and chose this one because of the recent renovations. Was not disappointed with this condo and would rent it again"

"it’s a nice location, but there’s a lot of construction going on not only in the surrounding landscape but also inside the hotel. There’s a resort fee being charged every day and it’s really just a simple pool. Nothing fancy I wouldn’t say it’s really a resort. A resort really does have quite a few other amenities. There’s only one restaurant and room service only comes every other day. also, for those people who are in a balcony room in the front of the hotel, you’re going to hear a loud buzzing noise every time he goes, sit on the patio from some transformer downstairs."

"The property was very nice. Great location. The only issue was the laundry room and the dryers not drying your clothes. The tv service was spotty which I think was due to unstable internet. Only one person in our party wanted a functional tv so he was unhappy with that. Everything else was perfect."

"I have stayed a Hilo Lagoon Center numerous times the last 4 years. Several days before our arrival we were advised by our host that maintainance on the A/C for the building would be taking place while we were there. We do not come from a humid or hot climate so A/C is a must for us in Hilo. Our host offered to have extra fans in the unit for us. This unit also has ceiling fans which helped out a lot. The A/C was restored before the end of our stay. The unit is a corner unit so we had an extra window too which was nice. The unit was immaculate and very light and cheerful. Everything worked and I would stay there again. The building itself seemed a little more run down this visit."
