"Such a nice and cozy spot in a beautiful area of Hilo. So close to the main part of town but the property feels like you’re in your own jungle oasis right next to the ocean. The staff was always available and very accommodating to us and our toddler. We would love to come back to Hilo and specifically stay here again. "

"If I could rate this condo higher than 5 stars, I would. My wife and I are extremely picky about cleanliness when staying in VRBO’s, hotels, etc. We were very pleased with how clean the condo was. My wife and I spent a week on the Big Island, splitting our time between Hilo and Kona. After staying in this condo, I wish we had spent the entire week in Hilo. We loved the condo, loved Hilo, and have zero complaints. We will definitely stay at this same condo the next time we visit Hawaii. "

"This was our second time here, the first being one week in April 2025. Once again we appreciated the serene views & two lanais overlooking Wailoa State Park, the fully stocked kitchen, the portable cooler & pool towels (for picnics) & the host's notebook of clear, thorough instructions re: parking space, evening security protocols & keys, laundry room down the hall, recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, etc. A gem of a location for walking into town, park enjoyment & sightseeing " headquarters". It was excellent for our intentional combo: 50 % Relaxation, reading, napping, walking 50 % excursions! "
