"This place was great! Although there were only two of us for our stay this time it will be great to come back with a bigger group. Plenty of space/beds and for 6 people. The loft upstairs was very nice with its twin beds, desser and bathroom. The downstairs has enough room for lounging around in the evenings after a fun day at the beach which is only 10 minutes away. Kitchen is well stocked with pretty much anything you might need to make a home cooked meal. Even though it doesn't have AC, the fans and layout make it so its very easy to stay cool. They have lots of beach equipment for use which is so nice! The pool and BBQ areas is really close and easily accessed. Quiet and relaxing place.Only con was the parking places could fill up so "

"BBQ at the pool area and in condo was great.We had some 8 people for dinner and was enjoyed by all. Quite time at pool is different then townhouse. Rules are strictly enforced. "

"The condo was clean and perfect for our family. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. We loved having our own washer and dryer in the unit. John was quick with his communication back to us and provided plenty of suggestions about things to do on the island. "

"There is a water leak - under the sink. I didn’t locate the exact location but the base of the cabinet is water damaged. Puddles of water would occasionally develop on the mat at the base of the sink. The damage to the cabinet is irreversible. Beginning to smell of mold. I did not use the washer as I was told beforehand that there was a water leak there. "

"We stayed for six weeks at this lovely, beautiful, spacious home. It had all the space we needed for us and our guests. I loved the ocean theme.The kitchen was huge and fully stocked. We appreciated having excellent beach towels, cooler bags, snorkeling equipment, and beach chairs available. I also enjoyed using the yoga mats and weights every morning on the upstairs lanai. The beds are very comfortable and it is so quiet and peaceful at night. It was wonderful to be able to sleep so soundly. We would awaken in the morning to the beautiful sounds of birds singing, and would pick citrus fruit from the trees and enjoy their sweet, fresh taste with our tea and coffee on the lanai looking out at the ocean in the distance. Alexa(owner) and Vera (host) were amazing! They did everything they could to help make our stay the best it could be. They left us much information on what to do on the island and even events that were just happening locally during the week. They were kind and caring and if there were any issues that came up, they would take care of them quickly to make sure we enjoyed our stay.Would we stay here again? Yes!Jack and Diane "
