"Staff were very friendly from the moment you walk into their office to check in. Rooms were clean and met our needs. I didnt know the gameroom could be reserved and their was a birthday party the day we tried to use it but its ok we still used the pool and now know in advance we can book a reservation for it. Mahalo"

"We enjoyed every minute. The house is huge and was stocked with everything you could need. Vera the on-site host was very responsive to anything we needed and had some recommendations for us on things to do. Would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to the Big Island. We very much enjoyed the Waikoloa area."

"Great location - close to gas station, restaurants, and grocery store. Ocean is viewable in the distance. Balcony was nice to sit on in the evenings. Beach is not within walking distance but not too far of a drive. Beds were very comfortable. Our host had a few AC units and fans which helped tremendously with the very hot summer, once they were turned on. Pool was nice, hot tub even nicer in the evenings. Overall, a great stay."
