"Lovely property with nice amenities. My wife was stuck in an elevator. No one responded to her pressing the alarms in the elevator, nor did anyone respond to her calls on the elevator phone for at least 10 minutes. She called me on her cell phone and I walked to the front desk to report the issue. Only then was there a response. The maintenance person who responded was not very polite - his comment to my wife was that she should "calm down." We were surprised that no one from management followed up with us. A plate of fruit was delivered to our room - as we were checking out."

"This accommodation had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of towels. We had everything we needed for the beach, from chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkels, flippers and pool noodles. Very clean and comfortable beds. We enjoyed coffee on the Lanai off the bedroom. Would happily stay again!"
