"We had a great experience from check in through check out. Our room was upgraded at check in to a room with an ocean view and we were given fresh lei’s. Our room key was in the form of a waterproof bracelet so we didn’t have to worry about carrying a card with us. The resort was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and had wonderful service poolside. What we didn’t expect was how great the snorkeling was off the beach that is about a 10 minute walk from property. We had dinner at the restaurant on their property, the Canoe House. We reserved a table there well in advance and was the original reason we decided to stay at this resort. The head chef was the winner of the most recent season of Top Chef. The staff was helpful throughout the stay. Whenever we looked like we needed help, one of the staff would stop and give us information. They offered both self and valet parking. We chose self park because we wanted easy access to our car and it was convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again on another trip to the big island."

"This condo is amazing. Heidi is a wonderful host. Always got back to me when I asked questions. We enjoyed the pool area and the private beach is amazing. "Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay at KaMilo 224. The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. We never got tired of watching the sunrise from the lanai with unobstructed views. The condo was equipped with 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, a cooler, and several snorkel sets. The beach chairs were a bit beat up with the torn shoulder straps. A few of the glasses still had stain on them (dishes and coffee cups were clean). The kitchen was well equipped except for limited condiments. Bring your own if you need more than salt and pepper."

"Our family of four (including our 4yr old and 5 month old) stayed at this property for a week. The larger community of Mauna Lani is great for a young family. There are several different beaches to visit which are all kid friendly. We had a lot of fun renting a golf cart for the week to get around the larger community and visit the different beaches, restaurants, hikes, etc.. Our host, Lisette, was extremely helpful for tips and recommendations. We really appreciated her feedback and communication throughout our stay. We had one small hiccup with some wasps in the backyard which kept us from using the Lanai for a few days but besides that, everything was perfect. The unit was immaculate, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. We really appreciated how well stocked the home was with beach gear. We'll definitely be looking to come back to this spot again. Thank you to Lisette and the owners for providing a space for such an enjoyable and memorable vacation!"
