"Property and staff were great. You will need a car if you want to go anywhere on the island as the location is 40 mins north of Kona. There is a shuttle that will take you to some nearby shops and another hotel in the same area which was nice. Gold level is well worth it and the staff really took care of us the entire stay. Would definitely stay here again!!!!"

It’s also just a quick drive to Hapuna Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.Overall, it’s a peaceful and comfortable place to stay with a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure nearby. "What a glorious, peaceful spot. We were able to get easily to 5 beaches with waves gentle enough for little kids, plus afternoon trips to the tide pools and turtles and sunsets. The warm wind, birds, outdoor shower, volcano view - this was an epic trip for our family. "

We did not use the Ohana which would handle more folks. Pool much better than we had expected - it is one of the best small pools we have experienced. Bring USB adapters."
