Grandeur Thermal Spa Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Towels wernt replaced for us and Frozen pipes ment ZERO water untill around 10 / 11am (it's winter that's totally understandable) We had our lovely spa bath tho for our night time soak. Stayed there with my two teen sons and they loved it. Oh we also loved that it was pet friendly. Thank you"

"Great spot view was amazing and bed very comfortable, but many things in the heritage side need maintaining. Electrical crackling near the bed. Some lights didn't work. The shower head was split and leaking touch points were old and worn (toilet flush button etc) A note, some rooms say tub or shower. Not necessarily both. Last time we stayed here I think we got the best room they had. This time was supposed to be deluxe but was just ok. Staff were great though."
