"Hotel is not easy to find as the name on the building is different from “Hotel Riva.” There is no parking or drop off area in front of the building so be prepared. Rooms were clean and updated and the staff were extremely friendly. Not very soundproof and the hair dryer didn’t work in our room. The area was surrounding the hotel was vibrant so expect noise. "

"This is my third time here. First I chose it because of the location. It’s literally 3 minutes from the train station and from the airport bus stop at Piazza del Principe. Also very close to cruise terminal. Once I tried I liked it. The beds are strong and comfortable with personal light and plugs option. Every room has a bathroom. Not all beds are bunk beds.
