"The property has no front desk, but staff replied quickly to text messages and were very helpful and friendly. There is no lift, so getting to the property requires one to climb many 50 stairs, which is a concern if one has heavy luggage, one is tired or one has even the slightest mobility issue. "Communication before travel was pore as I didn’t get info trough the app it was a part of Holiday Inn. Couldn’t get trough with number provided but when I arrived and realized it was trough the hotel I was so happy. All great even if no view but flat was amazing! "

"The place was very clean. It was nice to come to some cold drinks in the refrigerator. The washer with the dryer were a really big upside. The moka pot to make coffee in the morning was also very nice. Would be fantastic if there's air conditioning."

"Shared bathroom means you could be waiting a while to use it. At time of my bathroom was occupied for almost an hour by 2 women in other room so you can be in trouble if you urgently need to use toilet as there are no other options, at least none I was made aware of. Also the place can be very noisy. Room was adjoining front entrance and you could hear people coming and going."

It's also just a short walk from Brignole train station, and buses stop right there to get around the city. Don't forget to take bus 31 to visit Boccadasse.
