"We absolutely loved our stay and were immensely grateful the lovely and very professional staff both accommodated and put up with us. Our room was beautiful. We had a fabulous view of the plaza below and stunning surroundings. The breakfast was fresh, healthy and delicious. The staff helped us many times as these were our first days ever in Italy. "Parking was tough but property is not far up a side street connected to the port main road, so we could park at the aquarium public parking and it was very short walk.
Very glad we stayed at this hotel vs others in Genoa downtown once we had walked the city some. This property is in one of the better / cleaner / safer feeling zones. The police station is literally next door so you get to see them pass by on patrol regularly.
