"We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for.
The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well.
Breakfast was continental, with a good range of breads, pastries, cheese, jam, yogurts & fruits. They had some pre packaged gluten free items for my coeliac husband...

"The room was very basic but clean. The beds were not very comfortable due to thin mattresses. The hotel advertised AC, but it is not used during the spring. For this reason, we slept with the window open & heard noise all night long from cars & sirens. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. It was a delicious buffet. "We stayed two nights at this hotel in June. The location is very convenient, about 10 minutes walk from the train station and easy to find. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. He spoke to the cell phone and translated to English, so we had no issues understanding each other. They left the breakfast in our room and carefully covered the drinks since we went out early. The price was reasonable. We will come back if we visit the city again."

"There needs to be better communication about going into Nuovo Nord to get a key for Hotel 29, which is in a separate building.
Hotel 29 is not clearly marked at all! Air conditioning unit dripped water into my suitcase which was open on the bed. Location of Hotel 29 is very good—close to Genoa Principe train as well as places to eat."

"We stayed here for 1 night in April, and I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel! Conveniently located close to the train station and some really great restaurants. The hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They gave us some great safety tips.
The hotel room was absolutely spotless! The bed was comfortable as well. I would recommend this hotel."
