No aircon in main area only a small aircon in bedroom which was noisy very very hot until about 4pm each day. Had two ceiling fans with noisy bearings. Bed pillows were huge and hard and bed had no bedspread just cheap polyester blanket. Was above restaurant and street noise was bad until late each night. Staff wete friendly

A happy helpful receptionist, in a beaut place, walk able to everything, 2 doors from the beach, secure parking and a view. I have not found better value in Caloundra

Great choice in Caloundra.

We had a top floor apartment with great views. Checkin was easy and the apartment was very spacious and in perfect condition. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided and cleanliness could not be faulted. We particularly enjoyed the spacious deck with it's views over the ocean. Would stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Belaire place. The staff are great, it is beautifully clean, and the apartments are very spacious. The kitchen appliances in our unit were older than I would have liked, but the overall experience offers great value, in a superb location. Recommended.
