"We loved the area and the access to bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. We would definitely go back for the beautiful area. Unfortunately, there is no outdoor pool and the indoor pool was also closed. I don’t think there was and housekeeping services as we didn’t not have our room cleaned. The restaurant was pricey. Staff was friendly. "

"The property wasn’t quite as described. The “lake” is more of a pond, there’s no shower, no mini fridge to store food/beverages. Also, there was no one on site when I got there and I was unable to contact my host as that can only be accomplished via the Vrbo app which, of course, doesn’t work without WiFi/internet access. Property is also extremely close to the road so it was quite noisy."

"Utopia villa is truly a utopia. We had a wonderful and relaxing time in nature. The cottage had everything we needed. It was so nice, we didn’t leave the place for our entire stay. Loved every moment. Maryam and Shahrzad were both very responsive and helpful. They regularly checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. Thanks for being such great hosts. Would highly recommend this place."

"Great condition and very nice setup for a basement. I would, however, mention that several of the plugs in the kitchen do not have power. Additionally, the cell connection in the basement is inconsistent, and the closer you are to the kitchen, the weaker the connection becomes. The lights at the side of the property are currently solar powered and therefore are hit or miss whether they will be working in the evening. It was a nice place to stay overall."
