Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. Unfortunately an EU summit subjected us to helicopter patrols which made it hard to get some sleep."

"The property was roomy and had great space. It met the need of our group. The location was close to various things like food, drinks, shopping and transportation. I would book with SmartFlats again. There are a few cosmetic things the property needs to fix or look into for future tenants. The rooms' curtain rods look like they were broken and so the curtains had to be hooked onto the window. They kept falling off. The soap dispensers in the shower also looked like they had broken off. A towel...

Elevator was not working, called the service number with no answer. Couldn't find the lift instructions in the email. I climbed the stairs to the 4th floor with my luggage. "We have enjoyed staying in this cosy apartment, placed in a nice neighbourhood with a shop just in the front door and a lovely bakery just few 100m away. The beds were really comfortable after a long day out walking and visiting Bruxelles with the whole family 😊 I strongly recommend."

The location was great - easy walking distance to the sights and also easy access to the tram, which stops a block away. The house manager was very responsive to any questions. Our only small issue is that the kitchen isn’t terribly well appointed (e.g. did not really have good knives or many implements for cooking). wouldn’t plan on doing a lot of cooking while there. But this was a minor thing....
