"This is a beautiful hotel in the center of Florence. It is easy to walk anywhere you choose. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are quiet, I would recommend this hotel to everyone."
"The hotel is a great base for visiting Florence, in a slightly quieter neighbourhood but still plenty of food and drink options nearby and all the big attractions are a walkable distance away. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Lovely hotel with lots of character. Room was lovely and decorated well but not that practical. The mirrors where behind the closes (open wardrobe) and behind the large bedside lamps, so not very easy to do your hair.
The room was very compact, with not a lot of storage space.
Staff were very friendly and helpful."
"Everything was superb: room was super clean but a bit small, super clean bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, and great location."
"We thought the hotel was very will positioned and accommodation and service was excellent. A front of house member Angelo was very impressive and kind in supporting us through our stay - car, restaurant, communications and directions "
