The location is perfect for walking to everything. Comfortable room as well. Only thing that’s different about this property is that reception is often not staffed. But when it is the people are very helpful.

Perfect Florence Hotel

Perfect stay for visiting Florence. The hotel is located right in the centre of Florence which is perfect for sight seeing the gorgeous town of Florence. The hotel room was clean comfortable and modern. Nice little touches of water, coffee machine any biscotti biscuits and cakes left in the room.

Fabulous location and a nice, large, quiet room. Easy to walk to everything. We never saw the staff because we came and went after hours, but they were easy to communicate with and gave good instructions to access our room. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is in a brilliant location with access to all over florence within walking distance. Staff so helpful and the fridge useful as so hot. The hotel itself was fabulous but in the building there was property maintenance on other floors which left cables out and dusty floors. Despite this we had a lovely stay and would happily return.

This was the perfect location for all the attractions we wanted to see. 12 min walk from the train depot- 10 mins to duomo etc. the staff were amazing, providing luggage storage and restaurant/cafe recommendations. Sound proof windows with a fantastic view of the street below. I could have stayed here for a week. excellent.

Parking was the main issue. We should have mapped our route straight to the garage instead of trying to find the apartment. By the time we got parked we were so turned around that we couldn’t find the apartment. We were within 200 meters of the place the whole time. The actual location was amazing and the dining and shopping and night life was spot on.

Newly renovated, close to Everything

This is a few apt rooms with a small lobby. There is not a 24 hr desk here, so they were going to leave our keys for us and instructions with codes on how to get in. The rooms were a pleasant surprise, newly renovated, and we were provided with water in the mini fridge and fully stocked coffee bar. Very close to all sights in Florence. The only drawback was we were on a main street and it got rowdy outside once or twice, but never disturbed our sleep. Locked luggage storage available in the morning after we checked out.

Loved it! Clean and quiet room with friendly staff. Located on a fun and busy street, close to the action… but because our room was located at the back of the building, our room was silent. A cool, clean, quiet retreat from the noise and heat outdoors. A perfect choice.
