Fratta5 was simply perfect. Mira was the most wonderful host and went out of her way to help with all our requests. Everything you can possibly think of was provided at the apartment, even refreshments and treats on arrival. This place was literally better equipped and serviced than a room at the Ritz in London. We cannot rate this highly enough.
Location was also superb. It is so central that during the interval of an opera at the Arena, I managed to go back to use the facilities, have a drink and turn on the dishwasher with 10 minutes to spare!!!
Mira was always available to help. We accidentally locked ourselves out one day and she was immediately able to resolve the situation.
The climate control in the apartment made our long stay in August extremely comfortable, day and night. Everything from the bedding to the toiletries were of exceptional quality to ensure the highest level of comfort.
Fratta5 was truly like home away from home.
