"Convenient location to everything Verona has to offer. Spacious, very clean, well furnished apartment. Most helpful staff. While I didn’t use the laundry facility, it Was great to have it in the assortment. Well finished kitchenette. Very much enjoyed my stay."

"Hotel has on its website they have air conditioning however it’s misleading since it’s only seasonal. Room was very hot and they don’t encourage you to open the windows because of insects flying in."

"I lived the whole experience of being in this lovely hotel with good breakfast, personable staff and a nice room. However, the walls were paper thin and I could hear my neighbors chatting until midnight and then someone banging or closing doors at 6 am. A lively place but should have sound ordinances."

"The hotel was fine and the staff very friendly and accommodating. It appears to be an older property so the rooms are on the small side and had few plugs for electronics. Also, the water pressure in the shower was light, but adequate. The breakfast was very, very well set up. Well organized tables with more selections than perhaps any hotel I have ever stayed at. We did not take advantage on dinner onsite, but I looked at the menu, and it had numerous and varied selections. Had we dinner there, I don’t think we would have been disappointed. "

"We loved the whole vibe of Hotel Sirmione Terme. It was in an excellent spot, just inside the castle area but not in the middle of the really busy streets. The staff were excellent, apart from one elderly waiter on the special music night who was very rude, brought us the wrong water ( sparkling rather than still) and then proceeded to ignore us for half an hour even though I'd tried to ask him for a wine recommendation - we got up & walked out sadly. The rest of the bar & restaurant staff were friendly and helpful all of the rest of the time. The rooms were spacious - we were travelling with a wheelchair so this was a necessity. The bathroom was well equipped but the shower was a tad small to manoeuvre in. The spa area was lovely. On the whole a great choice. That said, there are virtually no wheelchair accessible taxis in this area so bear that in mind!"
