What a lovely hotel. Next door to the arena and so close to restaurants and bars. The room was clean and very comfortable. The roof top bar with great views across the city. But it is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff which makes this hotel amazing we will definitely stay again

The staff was first class. Very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the apartments which is at another site. They transported our bags for us and it was a short 10 minute walk. No problem.
