"This is newly renovated property in the heart of old Verona as of late 2025. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Beautifully decorated, high class, amazing location, attentive staff. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable, even brought a gift for my wife's birthday! If we are ever back in Verona, no need to look anywhere else. I can't recommend highly enough. "

"Perfect location, lovely hotel and staff"

"This hotel was listed as a 4 star hotel, but it was definitely not. The lobby was very unappealing and basic (I’ve been in Best Western’s that were nicer). Hotel desk employee was not very welcoming. The room was old and desperately needed to be refurbished. The only positives were the bed was a true king size and the hotel was pretty centrally located. Thankfully we were only there for one night."
