The hotel was close to the Piazza and arena. This was mostly a blessing but a little bit of a curse when music at the arena went til nearly midnight. The general location was lovely and the breakfast was superb.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great for our daily excursions, shopping, lunch and dinner. Breakfast was excellent, with just about every option available. The only downside to the room was our shower was very small which made it difficult to bath without getting water outside of the shower. I would recommend this hotel.

Location, location, location! You could not find a better located hotel, outside the door you are literally in the Piazza Bra and next to the Colosseum. The included breakfast is one of the best we had in Italy. The room was on the small side with a very small bathroom. The bed was excellent. However, the location more than makes up for this when you’re there for a couple of nights! The restaurant that is adjacent to the hotel and the Amarone risotto for two dish was the best! Also easily walkable to all the other attractions in Verona.

The location of the hotel is excellent - just a couple of minutes stroll from the Arena, in the centre of Verona and everything is nearby (including the tourist sightseeing bus). The hotel staff were polite and friendly. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Our room was small - but we had opted for the cheapest! It had a very small bathroom with a very small shower room which was impossible to use without flooding the room! There is an attached restaurant which is independent of the hotel - it's good, but expensive compared to others locally.

Beautiful property in the heart of Verona. Just a few steps away from the Arena. We stayed in one of their rooms in a nearby building as we had booked last minute. It more than exceeded our expectations.. beautiful design, large room, lots of character and very clean. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. We only stayed for 1 night, but will be sure to return in the future.
