Excellent location, very walkable. Very clean and lovely welcoming staff. Place is a bit basic but can’t fault the locale, next to a grocery shop . It did tend to be a bit noisy inside the building.

Perfect for a trip to the Arena

Very spacious room, nice and comfortable, with ample private bathroom. All possible facilities available. There is also a shared kitchen that can be used by all guests. Very kind and helpful host. Ideal central position, perfect for an arena night.

It’s a bit of a walk from the station on uneven pavement. Once there I was met at the door and there’s a lift to the room. My room was lovely, cool making it easy to sleep. The bathroom is private but across from the room so if you need to get up on the night it might not be so good. There are shops nearby and there is a kettle and microwave if you want to save money on food. You’re really close to all the tourist sights. I would stay again if visiting Verona

Note that this property is not a hotel — there is no reception. However, the staff member gave us her phone number and kindly arranged an early-morning taxi for us. There is a lift up one floor to the rooms. Our room was large — it was set up to sleep 4 people. The bathroom was private but not en suite. We were informed about the bathroom before booking, and it wasn’t a problem. The bathroom could be improved a bit — brighter lighting, repair of sink faucet — but no unusual problems for an old building. The location was very convenient.

Exceptional in every way. Benedetta met me at checkin. Very thorough explanation re everything. Gave some wonderful recommendations for patisseries,Osterias, cafés. Loved my room w the canopy bed & private balcony. My only comment about the room is bed was bit too firm for me. Very convenient location! I’d stay here again.

Our stay was great. Check in was a breeze after a very slight wait. The location is perfect. There were only 2 pillows in our room which made sleeping awkward for us. There is a public parking garage conveniently located across the street, but beware, the fee for 4pm - 10am was $76 euros that has to be paid in cash. If you are on the fence about visiting Verona, it is very with your time with far less crowds than other cities in Italy with a wonderful selection of activities.

I had a wonderful stay here! The room was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and the private bathroom was just as large and spotless. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The host was fantastic — always available, friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate my personal requests. I also appreciated having access to the kitchen, which had a large refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee, tea, and other essentials available to us. The location is excellent too — within easy walking distance to the main tourist attractions, which made exploring the city so convenient. I was able to come back and rest during the day. The only minor downside was that the toilet was a bit noisy when flushed, but this is quite common in older buildings in Italy and didn’t affect my overall experience at all. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
