"Very convenient location, near St Marks Square and Gigili stop for orange line to & from airport."

"From my sons: Martin was super considerate and made check-in very easy, everything was really clean and there was a washer dryer, and the AC works very well. The apartment was really nicely furnished and comfortable and the location was fantastic - close to everything but quiet and close to a great bridge. Loved it!"

"This is such a wonderful place. Denise our host was very friendly and helpful. The location is truly convenient to everything, including the attractions and water buses. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend it!!"

"The staff are super friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and in a great location. Stayed with family. Walking distance to everything. I would definitely be willing to stay here again and highly recommend."

"Right next to the arsenal and really easy to get around. Short walk to the grand Canal. Very quiet and pleasant."

"The property is well located and pretty comfy. The kitchen was very well equipped, which allowed us to cook without any problems. At times, the air conditioning didn't seem to be enough for the apartment."

"The property has perfect location but they need to informed to get to the apartment, you have to climb six flights of stairs because it is on the third floor, which actually feels more like a fourth floor, and there is no elevator. The beds are absolutely horrible! The mattresses desperately need to be replaced. Sleeping on them feels like sleeping directly on the floor. They are extremely uncomfortable. This is completely unacceptable and a total lack of respect for guests. Absolutely...

"Our second stay in Accademia area and first time with Rent & Relax. Great property and location. Host meet on time and was super helpful at check in. Unit was comfortable and clean. Great location on a quiet street but within walking or boat access to everything. Would certainly stay again. "
