Fantastic hotel. Man on the front desk was extremely helpful. Organised us a taxi and a meet and greet to Morano Island. Fully stocked mini bar and coffee machine stocked daily. Perfect location. Only thing missing was a floor length mirror (only had 1 in bathroom above sink)

Facilities excellent but the men that received us in feont desk not very friendly. With my VIP status i supposed to received 1 bottle of wine daily but the staff didnt know that. The hotel is not identified, dificult to find if your GPS didnt function as per poor signal.

Mini bar is great, showers and bathroom are recently renovated and beautiful. Everything clean and neatly organized. Hotel is near the Marco Plaza, excellent shopping area with designer stores and bar restaurants and gondolas are everywhere Property is not identified outside; not easy to find. When we arrived to the “front desk”, the man was rude and short of words; he slamed his fist in the table when he asked a question to one person in the group and a different person answered.The man lacks proper customer service. Franchesca, do not bother to blame me or get defensive because of my feedback, like you did with other reviews, instead use the feedback and make your hotel better: this is what the reviews are for, to help you improve the quality of your service.

Very nice large luxurious room that is very modern compared to the other hotels in the area. Really nice aesthetic and well put together. Only downside at night time there is no reception however you can contact on WhatsApp so not a big issue, overall brilliant hotel with gondola service on your doorstep.

Very nice place, but unfortunately supposedly the double rooms all face a wall so there’s almost no daylight. We didn’t get an upgrade to a room with a light or an upgrade at all despite it supposedly being a perk (as seems to be typical). We asked about it but were told nothing else was available. The site had other rooms available for purchase the same nights, however. Otherwise it’s a very nice well appointed room.

Fabulous hotel and the room was amazing. Spotlessly clean. Mini bar restocked daily and the staff were super friendly and polite- nothing was too much trouble. Located in the heart of everything. The boat ride to and from airport is like one minute walk. Can not fault this hotel at all.

Loved the modern decor with hints of old world touches. Hotel conveniently close to ferry station which made arriving and leaving with bags easier. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Only issue had was with tvs that were not working consistently but since we were out and about most of the time it was not a big issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Our hotel room was simply gorgeous, modern, clean and very special. The only hitch for us was upon arrival one member of the staff was cold, unfriendly and not helpful at all. The other staff members were terrific The location was great with access to transportation and walking. Venice is so unique and beautiful! If you can see it!!

Beautiful Venice!
Great location, short walk to St Marks Sq and most of the popular sights. Pleasantly surprised that the minibar and coffee facilities were complimentary. Quiet location with a lovely restaurant right next door. Good sized room, however the shower never heated up, the toilet seat was broken and communication via email was slow and sometimes not answered. Also I’m pretty sure our room was not the penthouse as advertised.

Nice rooms, just disinterested staff. I stood around in the lobby for a half hour, confused and trying WhatsApp with some random woman that asked my checkin time the day before so I could get her “colleague” to show up. Very weird and confusing. Other than that, had no problems!

Room was very nice, area was not too far from the city center, and I was reached out to by a very kind staff member before we arrived just double checking when we would check in and she gave us directions on where to go to get there. Loved that. All in all a good experience.

Chic, comfortable rooms. Staff is helpful and available, as needed (if not attended, agent is available at nearby hotel). Excellent value. Only quip would be to improve hot water and water pressure. Otherwise, quite happy with the stay.

Overall a good stay. Very close to water taxi stop which is helpful when carrying luggage. Check in was a bit difficult and there is not someone there 24h so important to tell them when you plan to arrive. Our flight was delayed and was greeted by a very unfriendly man. However the peacock suit was amazing and highly recommend. Good location and amenities. The design and comfort of the room were great and overall would recommend the place. Just keep in mind it’s a boutique and not necessarily a regular hotel.

Room is too hot to sleep
The place and location were quite nice. The biggest issue is the not working air conditioning. The room was 30 degrees at night which made sleeping, especially for our toddler, very difficult. I would not stay here again

Disappointing
The hotel was easy to find, a quick walk from the Giglio water boat stop. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. However, the air conditioning did not cool. We wrote a message to management through What’s App and they just answered that they checked the AC and that it was working. No one actually called us or stopped by the room to check the temperature. The temperature never went down in the room. Needless to say, we were not happy and it was uncomfortable.

Location!
The location of Palazzo Pianca was perfect - close to everything. We had a little difficulty finding it - the sign is very small. Everything about staying here worked well, though it does feel like a new property where some things are still being ‘figured out’. Front desk staff available during the day, and they helpfully arranged our water taxi back to the train station. We would stay here again - location is very convenient, room is new and clean, overall we had a good stay.

Perfect for weekend getaway!
Beautiful hotel that has been recently renovated, very modern and clean. Superb location just off the main canal and on a quieter street, silent at night but just round the corner from restaurants and bars. Room had everything we could need and the staff were very friendly. No reception after 4pm but staff at linked hotel across the street were there if needed. Great hotel and will definitely return again someday!!

Great all around

This property was amazing! modern, clean, quiet and the perfect location! Easy access from the airport - take the orange line water bus. (drops you off within 30m) Easy for cafes and restaurants. 10 min walk to all the big sites. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone who goes to Venice.Thank you!
