All the room are not the same standard for premium room with canal view. We had the chance to be able to change in the middle of our trip but be sure to confirm which room you get. Breakfast is okay but could be better for the standing. Also the hotel is very well located though its a bit noisy because of the street. Overall a good choice but some things can clearly be improved

Venice Does Not Disappoint!

NH Hotel is in an outstanding location, close to everything. We took a boat from airport to the dock in front of the hotel. The train station is on the same side as the hotel with 5-minute walk. We enjoyed a beautiful balcony room with great amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We got stuck during a train strike so we didn’t arrive in Venice until after midnight and we booked this hotel last minute… It was pricey, but we booked the same day. We stay there so that’s understandable and our view was only of another wall with a window, but the staff more than made up for by being so helpful.

The hotel is literally a few houses next to the train station. Water buses and water taxis are right outside of the hotels make it so convenient. It's a short walk from bus station to go to and from the airports. Staffs are friendly. Rooms are clean and quiet.

Hotel is not in very good condition. Service was very poor. After I reviewed my check in (because it didn’t go well), someone from the staff called me angry because of my review. I even asked her if she was calling to pick up a fight with me. Wow! Quality of the food served at breakfast is poor, breakfast is self service and even the coffee comes out of a vending machine. They switched the bed of one of the rooms, one night before leaving for no reason and took away the extra blankets and in the other room they didn’t leave any extra toilet paper on that same night. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. The only good thing about it, is its location since it is really near from the train station.

Right next to train station was so nice! We were beat. Also right next to the water bus that we utilized a lot! Staff was great! We asked to move our room due to the bed being up stairs and they were able accommodate us. This made our stay so much better. They even moved our luggage for us

The location, close to both the train and bus stations, makes it extremely convenient to reach. While Venice can be overwhelming—especially for first-time visitors—the warm and welcoming reception staff ensure that every moment of your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options, and the staff were consistently helpful and attentive.
