For the most part the room had everything needed. The bathroom had been refurbished at some point and was clean well equipped. The kitchen was old but clean with a very large new fridge which unfortunately didn't have a freezer. I was booked for 2 nights, however checked out after 1 as the airconditioner in the bedroom was noisy and leaked - dripping all night onto the carpet, even after being turned off, meaning I got very little sleep. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and offered a change of room. I opted however for a refund for the unused night's accomodation which I was provided with no fuss - although the hotel was unable to process the refund as I'd booked through expedia and was required to phone them myself. Reception advised later that the air conditioner had been fixed.

Reception staff were really nice and friendly and the restraunts food was really yummy. The steak pasta was amazing. Cleaning lady was super lovely and friendly when chexking on room service needed. Reccomend its very close to the zoo and the RFDS is a must visit

The peoperty has all the basic amenities, although it is dated the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no housekeeping on Sundays and beds will not be made if something is left on it. Otherwise the location is convenient and close to the zoo. We were only there to wash and sleep so it ticked those boxes.
