Very clean, private home IN Venice, Florida. Amazing location; less than a mile to restaurants, shopping and grocery. 2 bed 2 bath (2 additional semi-private twin beds in the lanai that has central air) with heat pump heated screened in pool and FREE WIFI. Quiet friendly neighborhood just minutes to beaches and downtown Venice where you can shop during the day and listen to great music and dance the night away on the weekends. There is always something happening in the area.

We have included most kitchen amenities (Keurig, regular programmable coffee maker, waffle iron, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, coffee grinder, blender, iron and ironing board). There is a washer and dryer. You will be your own dishwasher for the time being so we supply paper plates and bowls. There are nice ceramic dishes that you can also use. We have included k-pods and sweetener, several spices, some condiments, cooking spray, dish detergent, clothes detergent and dryer sheets, paper towels and toilet paper. You just need to get a few groceries and you will be at home here. All bath towels, bed linens and pool towels are provided. We have a professional cleaning company come in after every listing and they use the best products available to ensure our guest’s safety for a worry free visit. There is a fenced pet area off the screened in pool area for your fur baby to run without a leash.

Great long weekend

Our family has made several trips to Vinice over the last few years from the east coast of Florida and this stay didn’t disappoint. We found the home to be a nice open layout and got great use of the pool. Very close to grocery and located not far from any beach. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood as well.

Great stay near the beach!

This home was everything we needed for our vacation to the beach. The pool was relaxing and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a short drive to the beach, historic downtown Venice, and plenty of restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

July 4th family vacation

We had a fantastic stay over the July 4th holiday! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The location was perfect for watching fireworks and soaking in the festive atmosphere. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend this place for a holiday weekend or any time of year!

Perfect for families

Even though we had a short stay the property was perfect for our family! Our children absolutely enjoyed the pool and the location was close to everything we needed! The host was so kind to even offer to set up an extra bed for our children which we didn’t need! The house was very clean, the beds were super comfy and the home had everything we could possibly need if we didn’t have it! We will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area! What an absolutely incredible place! I just had the most amazing long weekend with my two nieces and their adorable one-year-old daughters, and we couldn't have loved it more! The house was spotless, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the pool? Simply fantastic! Our hosts were truly wonderful—so attentive with communication and full of great suggestions. I can't recommend this home enough! It was an unforgettable getaway!

The house was very clean and the owners were nice when we talked through email. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and it was stocked with towels and beach equipment in case we didn’t bring any. We enjoyed the pool and the lights out there at night. It was a great stay would definitely recommend.

Overall loved this house. It was clean and well stocked. Clean pool. They had even left some things we didn't expect, like there were basic pantry items stocked and even coffee. There are pool towels and an outdoor shower if you go to the nearby beach. Would stay here again. Only thing i would upgrade is the guest room mattress. It is like it has been slept on one spot a lot and makes a dip in it so i rolled down hill toward my husbamd.
